Affordable Rental Housing

​122 Wilton Road Apartments has 19 affordable apartments available for lease. 13 apartments will receive rental assistance from the Department of Housing and rents will be calculated at 30% of the household’s adjusted income. The remaining six apartments will be rented at 60% and 80% of the State AMI. The random selection method (i.e. Lottery) shall be used to determine the order of each pre-application on the waitlist with a maximum of 50 pre-applications to be selected. The preapplications from the lottery will be selected using software verified by the Owner or Owner’s Agent.
